Plant Facilities :

• Spread over 35000 Sq. ft. working area
• Individual place for manufacturing, raw materials storing, finished goods storing, tool rooms, & R&D Department etc.
• Team of skilled Engineers
• Working with latest modern technology machines, like AI-JIN Engineering, Korea

Machinery & Equipment :

• Coating / laminating line : 350 kg / hr capacity, high speed custom made coating line with pre heating roller (fluid less), double chill roll and CNC die to ensure uniform coating thickness and superior finishing characteristics.
• Two finishing lines complete with six head sealing machines. Along with simultaneous two side rope insert, double head edge sealers with auto rope insert and conveying system.
• Four automatic eyeleting machines, for online eyeleting and finishing of tarpaulins.
• Auto Strapping Machines with Bale Press for High Density Packages (Specifically suited for Exports).
